Begun in the UK in 1977, Future Forwarding operates four offices in Leeds (their UK headquarters) Manchester, London and Sheffield. They opened in the United States in 1992 and are in Atlanta (US headquarters) and Los Angeles. Future Forwarding had a Flash-based site that did not index well for search and was unable to be viewed or accessed on the expanding number of tablets and smartphones in use today.

Seeking to harmonize their logo brand on both sides of the Atlantic, Position : Global’s first site for a multinational operator studied how to create a global look that allowed for country-specific customization to highlight the things of importance to each country’s customers and target audience.
