Los Angeles Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association (LACBFFA) was in need of making a greater push into social networks to promote their events, member activities and news in the twin ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.

As the de facto group representing the interests of Customs brokers and freight forwarders in the region, LACBFFA’s membership and influence reach far beyond their Southern California geography to a nationwide and even global audience.

Solution

P:G created or updated profiles for them on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn and provided their Association’s administrative team the tools to promote their activities to not only communicate, but to bolster membership locally and from other places.
